Q. I already have Bill's Book - how is this home study course going to help me?

A. Bill's book gives an excellent outline and explanation of the signals used in the trading course. However, the Profitunity trading methodology is not meant to be a "black box" system. The Home Study Course teaches you how and when to take the signals as well as what stops are appropriate in the different markets. The book only touches on the psychological aspect of trading, while the Course has many exercises as well as ongoing technical support.

Q. Can I just buy the Home Study Course or do I have to also sign up for the Private Tutorial?

A. Many people only purchase the Home Study Course and do very well. The Private Tutorial provides the experience of trading with professionals in stocks and commodities in various time frames to sharpen your trading skills while mastering the signals.

Q. How long will it take me to complete this Course?

A. That will differ for each person, depending on the amount of time that you can give to studying each day. The Home Study Course is designed to take 2 months based on 1 to 1-1/2 hours of study daily. A person who is familiar with the markets will obviously go through at a faster pace. However, we do recommend that you complete the psychological exercises over the 3 month period. It should take a minimum of 1 to 1-1/2 months to complete the course.

Q. How soon will I be able to trade using what I learn in the Home Study Course?

A. That will be dependent upon a person's knowledge and experience. We suggest that everyone "paper-trade" before putting their money in the markets. Our clients report a broad range, from 3 months to 1 year before feeling confident in their trading.

Q. Does the Home Study Course work with stocks? Commodities? FOREX?

A. Yes, we have students who have traded successfully using our methods in all markets, in both long and short-term trading.

Q. I only trade real-time. Do you have indicators for real-time trading?

A. Yes we provide real-time indicators for TradeStation and eSignal products. There is no additional charge for any of our indicators when you purchase the Home Study Course. CQG also provides a suite of our indicators in their charting product for a nominal charge.

Q. What type of market data will I need?

A. End-of-Day market data is easily available via the Internet for as little as $30.00/mo. Real-time data can be more expensive.

Q. What if I need help or have a lot of questions?

A. We offer via e-mail, telephone and fax what is considered some of the best technical support in the industry. It does not end when you finish the course, it is ongoing.

Q. Are the materials you are sending me "User Friendly?"

A. All of our materials are designed to be easy to use. You don't need to be a computer genius to learn from us.

Q. Is your trading approach for intraday only?

A. The methodology works in all time frames, however, we have found our personal trading to be more profitable on an end-of-day basis - doing less work and making more money !
